Overview

Siklis Trek is an ideal trekking destination for all types of people from families, collage students to corporate groups. We have beautiful sights of mid hill region into the lab of Annapurna Himalaya range. We don’t need to worry for the altitude sickness on this trip as we will just reach into (2550 m-8,366 ft) maximum.

Siklis Trek is different from other treks in Annapurna region. We will walk through friendly traditional villages in the land of the legendary Gurung, Brahaman and Chatri tribe. Trekking into Siklis area offers awesome panoramas of Annapurna I (8,091 m-26,545 ft) Annapurna South (7,219 m-23,694 ft), Gangapurna (7,455 m-24,457 ft) and Annapurna III (7,555 m-24,787 ft), including to Mt. Machhapuchhre (Fish-tail) at 6,997 m-22,956 ft stretches up towards 08th Mt. Manaslu at 8,163 m-26,781 ft with more peaks across the horizon along with the giant whale shaped Lamjung Himal at 6, 931 meters high. 

Siklis Trek has created to explore hidden areas with great sights of serene forests, traditional villages, local livelihood and the towering mountains. Siklis village itself in the lovely place where we have couple of nights to explore and enjoy. After all, We will descend by another route on our return journey following the river Mardi.

We begin this wonderful trek with scenic drive through Pokhara valley, and starts a climb to Khairpani (1,370 m-4,494 ft), Ghale Kharka 1 (810m-2,657 ft) and to Nauli Kharka (2,550 m-8,366 ft), the highest spot of this trek located in the midst of enchanting forest of rhododendron, pines and oaks trees. The highlight of the trip comes once we reach to our main destination at Siklis village at (2,030 m-6,660 ft), It is a mid hill traditional Gurung village located beneath the massif whale shaped Lamjung Himal. We will explore and interact with villagers. We conclude this amazing trek with a drive to Pokhara valley or Kathmandu on your interest and time frame. 

Outline Itinerary


  • Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, overnight at lodging.

  • Day 02: Drive from Pokhara to Bijayapur by transport and trek to Kalikastan, overnight at homestay.

  • Day 03: Trek from Kalikastan to Lamachour, overnight at homestay .

  • Day 04: Trek from Lamachour to Siklish, overnight at homestay.

  • Day 05: Trek from Siklish to Bhaisikarka, overnight at homestay.

  • Day 06: Trek from Bhaisikarka to Ghale Gaon, overnight at homestay.

  • Day 07: Trek from Ghale Gaon to Puranochour and by drive to Pokhara, overnight at inn.

  • Day 08: Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu, overnight at inn.

Detail Itinerary


  • Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, overnight at lodging.

    After breakfast, at a young hour early in the day you will touch base at Pokhara after a drive for about 6 hours. You will have the capacity to have a stunning display of stream and view completely through your drive. You will be taken to your lodging and with an unwinding evening. You can even visit around lakeside area or you can go for sculling at well known Fewa Lake. We will remain overnight in the lodging.

  • Day 02: Drive from Pokhara to Bijayapur by transport and trek to Kalikastan, overnight at homestay.

    From Kathmandu taking 30 minutes flight, we move to Pokhara and afterward drive to Bijaypur. Or then again, we can likewise drive through the Prithivi Highway to Bijaypur taking around 8 hours. What’s more, we will make a short trek to Kalikastan. We climb completely through the terraced fields of Kandane and take after the vertical stone advances, lastly achieving a plane way underneath the shade of trees. The trail is steep yet the setting is inconceivable. Presently we move to Kalikastan. The sight from Kalikastan is staggering, as the pinnacle perspectives of the Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna are plainly discernible from here.

  • Day 03: Trek from Kalikastan to Lamachour, overnight at homestay .

    We today, take off from Kalikasthan going through a few waterfalls. At that point our way moves downhill to the lavish green stream vale, before moving towards Lamachaur. Overnight we have a home remain in Lamachaur.

  • Day 04: Trek from Lamachour to Siklish, overnight at homestay.

    Today, after we leave Lamachaur, the track climbs to Siklish completely through thick rhododendron woods and Nepal’s one of the biggest Gurung towns. We reach at the best spot subsequent to moving around 500m over the town from where you will see the dazzling Himalayan landscape and close up perspectives of Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal and Manaslu. We will have a home remain in Siklish today around evening time.

  • Day 05: Trek from Siklish to Bhaisikarka, overnight at homestay.

    We today climb tough completely through the rhododendron and oak woods to the edge for eye-getting perspectives of Himchuli, Dhaulagiri range and Annapurna South. The track is tight and comes the ridgeline before moving down through the rhododendron woodland. We have a home remain in Bhaisikarka.

  • Day 06: Trek from Bhaisikarka to Ghale Gaon, overnight at homestay.

    We today, move down through the thick rhododendron woodland and reach to the diverting town, Ghale Gaun. From here, we will appreciate the great perspectives of Annapurna and Fishtail.

  • Day 07: Trek from Ghale Gaon to Puranochour and by drive to Pokhara, overnight at inn.

  • Day 08: Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu, overnight at inn.

    Abandoning the great wide open at a young hour toward the beginning of the day and going for 6 hours we backpedal back to Kathmandu. We can either take a vehicle for a drive or fly once again from the dazzling city Pokhara. On landing in Kathmandu you will be moved to the inn. You would then be able to unwind for rest of the day and remain overnight at inn.
