1. Booking and Reservation
All trekking, tour, expedition, peak climbing, and adventure travel packages offered by Trexmount Ventures are subject to availability and confirmation.
To secure a booking, travelers must complete the required booking form and pay the applicable deposit. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Trexmount Ventures and the required deposit payment.
Trexmount Ventures reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary due to operational, safety, or legal reasons.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments through:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Online Payment Gateways
All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the traveler.
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your trip, written notification must be sent to Trexmount Ventures.
The following refund policy applies:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing and administrative charges.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- No-shows or unused services: No refund will be provided.
Please note that permits, government fees, hotel bookings, domestic flights, and third-party service charges may be non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
4. Trip Changes and Amendments
Travelers requesting changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the modification.
Trexmount Ventures will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests; however, changes cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants and mandatory for certain trekking peaks, expeditions, and remote-area adventures.
Your insurance policy should ideally cover:
- Emergency medical treatment
- Helicopter evacuation
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Accidents and injuries
- Loss or theft of baggage and personal belongings
- Flight delays and cancellations
Trexmount Ventures shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred due to inadequate insurance coverage.
6. Health and Fitness Requirements
Adventure travel often involves physical activity at varying altitudes and weather conditions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for their chosen trip. Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
You are responsible for carrying any personal medications and informing Trexmount Ventures of any relevant medical conditions before the trip begins.
7. Safety and Adventure Risks
Trekking, mountaineering, climbing, rafting, wildlife tours, and other adventure activities involve inherent risks beyond the control of Trexmount Ventures.
These risks may include:
- High altitude sickness
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Trail and road conditions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Political or social disruptions
By participating in our trips, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Our guides and staff are trained to prioritize safety and respond appropriately to emergencies, but absolute safety cannot be guaranteed in adventure travel.
8. Itinerary Changes
Trexmount Ventures reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, routes, or schedules when necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government regulations
- Flight cancellations
- Natural disasters
- Safety concerns
- Operational requirements
Such changes are sometimes unavoidable and are made in the best interest of travelers and staff.
9. Passports, Visas, and Permits
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary:
- Passports
- Visas
- Travel permits
- Identification documents
- Vaccination certificates (if required)
Trexmount Ventures is not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation resulting from incomplete, expired, or incorrect travel documentation.
10. Flights and Transportation
Domestic and international flights are subject to airline schedules and weather conditions.
Trexmount Ventures is not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage loss, or schedule changes made by airlines or transportation providers.
Additional expenses arising from such situations may be the responsibility of the traveler.
11. Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings throughout the journey.
Trexmount Ventures shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal items, luggage, equipment, or valuables.
12. Limitation of Liability
Trexmount Ventures acts as an organizer and service provider for travel arrangements. While every effort is made to provide safe and high-quality services, we shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, accident, delay, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government actions
- Political instability
- Transportation disruptions
- Acts of third-party service providers
13. Responsible Travel
Trexmount Ventures promotes sustainable and responsible tourism.
We encourage all travelers to:

Travelers who engage in illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior may be removed from a trip without refund.
