Mt Annapurna Expedition Overview

Mount Annapurna Expedition provides you with an invincible thrill of the journey into the great Himalayas. With Alpine Paradise Treks and Expedition, equipped with the best guides and climbers, anyone can experience this journey of a lifetime to the summit of Annapurna.

The trekking into the heart of the Annapurna and the Expedition to its summit offers extremely close up views of the mountain peaks adorning the region.  The views and the experiences of mixing in with local tribes, habitat, meadows, hills, and mountains will definitely leave you spellbound.

Mount Annapurna expedition would not be an easy job. For this, previous mountaineering experience of a peak of at least 6000 meters is mandatory. Mount Annapurna is 8,091 meters high and is regarded as one of the extremely technical peaks among other 8000m high mountains. The one who is daring to opt for the Mount Annapurna expedition should have a high level of patience and endurance.

More precisely, one must be steady, strong and should be habituated to extreme winter. Also, it would be a wise decision to take permission from doctors and prescribed medications. Altitude sickness would be something one would generally encounter so you must take the related medications along.

Regarding the best time to go for this very adventure, September and October would be the best option. Mountain climbing in autumn leaves you breathless. The splendid views of mountains and quality weather are just magnificent.

Peak climbing is not encouraged during other seasons due to various reasons. Since summer coincides with monsoon season, the mountain climbing would be wet and slippery even though the weather would be comparatively warm.

On the other hand, December to February is acclaimed for extreme cold weather. However, you can enjoy occasional snowfall during this season in higher elevations. The views are equally magnificent in this weather and it would be best for those trekkers who are highly equipped and experienced.

Come experience a journey of a lifetime with Alpine Paradise Treks and Expedition, and return home with happy hearts and content minds.
